The staff were amazing and the view was equally amazing! The concierge staff spoke and understood English very well so no issues there and they were very helpful with booking the pirate ship for us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which is important when you have back issues. Pillows were fluffy...not flat. View from our balcony was amazing...went to sleep and woke up to the sound of waves. Location was perfect in the Romantica Zone with cafes, restaurants, pubs, jewellery stores and grocery stores all nearby. Bus terminal was only a few blocks away as well. Malecon was only few blocks away. Location was everything with the beach out your front door...close to the pier. Would definitely stay here again!

Location & Beach!! THis hotel is a older boutique style but that is what I wanted. The staff was wonderful and Victor was so kind! They give you beach towels to use and they have lounger chairs/umbreallas. I loved the location and how close it was to everything - walking distance if staying /partying in downtown Malecon - Zona Romantica. I will definitely be back , i loved everything about this hotel.

location, service wonderful camanista, GABBY! and all front desk personnel. all wait staff at Si Senor attentive and simpatico loved having elevator! lots of drawers, and good closet space quick response to toilet problem. ability to lv luggage at desk before ck in and after ck out blanket provisioned wifiin room and lobby

The staff was great. They placed us on the 4th floor and the view of the ocean was fantastic. This is a real Mexican hotel filled with Mexicans Americans and Canadians. Is Señor Restaurant is directly downstairs and the food there was simply the best in Puerto Vallarta.

The location was great, it's in the middle of the touristic area, the beach is in the clean area of the bay and it's a great zone to swim. The view it's awesome, and being right in front of the beach is a great deal.
